Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. hot57 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your password.
You must notify hot57 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach of your Account.
hot57 operates a robust KYC programme consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time we deem necessary, we may request the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request will result in withdrawal suspension. hot57 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to hot57's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
